Cooking

1. Sieve flour into a heap and make an indentation in the middle. Dilute 1/2 teaspoon of salt in hot water, pour into the flour and mix. Wait for a few minutes, then mix the dough until glassy. Cover the dough with the plastic food wrap and leave for 30 minutes of rest. Cut green onion into rings.

2. Pinch off a piece of dough of a ping-pong size ball and roll it out on the surface basted with flour. Baste the dough with sesame oil, add salt and sprinkle with the green onion. Roll up the dough. Turn the roll in a form of a snail and roll it out to a thin flatbread. Repeat with the rest of the dough. Save some onion to serve the dish.

3. Fry the flatbread on a hot frying pan on both sides until golden. Cut the ready-made flatbread into triangles, sprinkle with the green onion and serve with hoisin sauce.
